Empowering Teens to Build Confidence, Connection & Clarity

Give your teen a safe, fun, and inclusive space to explore the topics that matter most. This 8-session, small-group series is built around real questions teens are asking — from relationships to identity, from body changes to boundaries — all aligned with BC Ministry of Education standards and Canadian physical health education learning outcomes.

Through games, discussion, and creative activities, your teen will:

✅ Explore body changes, consent, and sexual health in age-appropriate, shame-free ways

✅ Celebrate their unique self — identity, culture, abilities, and voice

Led by an experienced, compassionate educator specializing in neurodiverse learners, this program brings both science-backed guidance and real-world insight into the lives of teens today.
